Join us for a spaghetti dinner and a silent auction. Our next upcoming event is on Saturday, October 21, 5:30 PM at Orchard United Methodist Church.
Chris Edwards (WXYZ-TV Channel 7 Meteorologist) will lead the event. Dr. Dinesh Khanna will feature an informative presentation by outlining the latest breakthroughs in Scleroderma research. In addition, we will have a silent auction with exceptional offerings such as Detroit Red Wings tickets and of course, a delicious homemade spaghetti dinner will be served!
All proceeds from the event support the University of Michigan Division of Rheumatology Scleroderma Cure Fund, which fuels the drive for research which will lead to a cure. As one of the top treatment facilities in the country, the team in Khanna’s Scleroderma Research Lab has discovered a compound that could provide an effective new treatment. However, more funding and research is needed to make this treatment a reality. This is good news for patients, such as Sheri.
In order to move the cause forward, we need your help. Here are some easy ways to become involved:
- Attend the Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction – Buy tickets online!
- Become a Silver, Gold or Platinum Sponsor
- Donate items to be included in our Silent Auction
Please consider sponsoring the 2017 Scleroderma Research Fund Silent Auction & Spaghetti dinner to make an impact in the future of the lives of those who struggle with such a horrific disease. Above all, if you would like more information, please contact Sheri at (520) 247-0861 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Finally, we hope you will support this important event to explore the power of scientific research that will make a positive impact on so many lives in our community, like Sheri and her family.
